Dumping your own roms with an acekard 2i
So here is my first video where I actually speak. So don't laugh to hard. It was a lot harder than I thought. This video is how to transfer a original DS game to your computer, then transfer the game to your acekard2i. I tried this on my 3DS and it did not work. If you have any questions use the comments below.

Kirby Mass Attack Working on DSTT
Here is the instructions how to get kirby working on your dstt. read all the directions very carefully that come with the download. I first unzipped the download. Then open the "DATs_Updated_to_ROMs_Number_5837_0" folder. copy extinfo.dat and infolib.dat and savlib.dat to the TTMENU folder on you sd card. now see if the game works. mine did not so I had to do one more step. open the "stall on loading fix" folder. copy the ttpatch.dat file to your TTMENU folder on your sd card. game should work. if not read the files in the download folders :-)

Professor Layton's Last Specter Out in October
There's something inexplicably thrilling about getting a new game, but how about getting two new games in one? We bet you're giddy already. The next announcement might just tip you over the edge: Professor Layton and the Last Specter is coming to North America on 17th October and contains a bonus game.
Layton's had bonus games before of course, but nothing on this scale. Unlocked from the start of the top hat professor's latest adventure is Professor Layton's London Life, a 100-hour long RPG that started life as a mobile game in Japan before being integrated into this fourth outing. In Japan you have to unlock it by completing the game: in North America, it's available from the very start.
We told you it was exciting.

Professor Layton and the Last Specter for the Nintendo DS family of systems is the fourth installment in the Professor Layton puzzle adventure series. It begins a new trilogy that is a prequel to the original games, set three years before the events in Professor Layton and the Curious Village™. The game contains more puzzles than any in the series to date. As a North American exclusive to the overall Professor Layton and the Last Specter package, a bonus role-playing game called Professor Layton’s London Life™ containing more than 100 hours of additional content will be available to players from the start of the game.

Check Your 3DS Ambassador Status Now, North America
Let's get to it: the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador program tool for North America is now open and ready to assert if you're in the free games promotion or not.Click the link above and enter your 3DS console's serial number to find out if you're enrolled. Some users have reported you need to leave off the final digit from your serial number for the tool to work, despite the instructions explicitly stating to include this number, so give it a go both ways if you're having any trouble.
Let us know what the tool tells you with a post in our comments section below.

Homebrew Minecraft on Nintendo DS available to download
Minecraft is getting around these days, with the ultra-popular PC
edition now available
on the Xperia Play and an Xbox 360 version on the way too.
How about a version on the Nintendo DS, then? Okay, so DScraft isn't an official version - it's a homebrew edition from a coder called Smealum.
But if you have the necessary tools to get it up and running this is well worth checking out. It features a version of the classic mode of Minecraft, with focus on building and digging, rather than throwing enemies and environmental changes your way.
However, the developer does plan to implement this eventually. You can download the latest build straight from his site.

These Square Enix DS Games are Discounted on Amazon Today
An assortment of very solid Square Enix games for the Nintendo DS are going from $5 to $15 off today on Amazon.com.Because, honestly, how many copies of Chrono Trigger is too many copies? Our Supreme Overlords of Capitalism over at Amazon.com are currently discounting a few quality Square Enix titles for the Nintendo DS: Chrono Trigger (originally $19.99) is going for $14.99; The World Ends With You (also $19.99) is now $14.99; Kingdom Hearts: Re:coded (once $34.99) is being offered for $19.99; and Final Fantasy IV (again, $19.99) is being sold for $14.99.
So, you know, pick them up maybe, if you haven't played them already, and know that, with the exception of Kingdom Hearts: Re:coded, they're all still cheaper than the recently released iOS port of Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions. Why don't you understand App Store economics, Square Enix?!

Nintendo to launch 'Flame Red' 3DS
Nintendo will offer up a new flavor of its 3DS next month.Dubbed "Flame Red," the upcoming portable will come with the same design as its predecessor, but will boast a red and black body. Nintendo currently offers a "Cosmo Black" all-black option, as well as an "Aqua Blue" version, which comes with a blue and black body.
Nintendo's 3DS, which launched earlier this year, features two displays, and allows users to play games in 3D without the need for special glasses.
The game and console maker often uses color to help promote its hardware. Last year, it offered a "Mario Red" version of its Wii platform to coincide with the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. The company also offers a range of colors for its portable.
But whether a new color on the 3DS will help the portable's sales remains to be seen. Last month, Nintendo released its fiscal first-quarter earnings, revealing that it had sold just 710,000 3DS units worldwide during the period ended June 30. In the U.S., it sold only 110,000 units.
To help jump-start demand, Nintendo said that it would drop the price of the 3DS to $169.99 from its original $249.99 price tag, starting on August 12. The device has also been discounted with similarly steep cuts worldwide.
Aside from new colors, Nintendo is also hoping that its upcoming software launches will make consumers want to buy the 3DS. Nintendo plans to launch Star Fox 64 3D, a remake of the Nintendo 64 classic, on September 9. That game will be followed by the launch of Super Mario 3D Land in November and Mario Kart 7 in December.
Nintendo's Flame Red 3DS will launch the same day as Star Fox 64 3D--September 9--and retail for $169.99
